First Camping Trip!

A couple of weekends ago Eric and I took Bella on her first camping trip. The funny thing was that it wasn't just Bella's first camping trip, it was also the first time Eric and I got to use our new camping gear we got for the Wedding. It's been in our garage for nearly 3 years and we were thrilled to finally get out and camp.

Here's our beautiful "new" tent!











We ended up in a great location with a lot of horses, it was the trail head for a variety of horse trails up at Clinton Lake. Bella LOVED seeing and hearing the horses and as we walked around the ground she was so happy. She also loved being outdoors, she played with her new wheel barrow, and golf set for hours.




















































Of course as usual, the best toy out there was the paper towel role.


























In the morning we packed up fairly early (after a pretty poor nights sleep due to awful camping neighbors) and had good old cheap powdered sugar donuts. Hey, you've got to splurge every once in a while! Plus, they were a hit and once we got to IHOP for Mommy and Daddy to eat Bella had a whole 2nd meal.























It was a very successful camping trip with hamburgers, late bedtimes, beautiful fire and my amazing family. I LOVE THIS!!!
